CAPE TOWN AND WINELANDS
Cape town is known to be one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. The Cape Town International Airport quite recently received very high accolades for being one of the best in the world. In and around Cape Town there are so many places to go to and to see. Go up by cable car to the top of the majestic Table Mountain, visit the V&A Waterfront and from here, take a boat out to go sight-seeing on the renowned Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated for many years. Take the N1 out to Paarl, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and experience fine dining, wine tasting, farmstalls, sight-seeing and much more. In both Cape Town and the Winelands area, there are many B&B’s, hotels, lodges and camping facilities to accommodate you on your visit to this lovely part of South Africa. You could also consider a relaxed day on one the lovely beaches especially those with Blue Flag status.
小东西敏感成这样楼顶老师,要命的小东西咬的真紧古代版What an absolute pleasure it is to drive up the Garden Route that stretches for approximately 300km along the south easterly coastal belt of Southern Africa. On this route you can swing a little bit inland and visit the very famous Kango Caves, ostrich farms, take a tour of a crocodile farm, see cheetahs, and visit the hot water spring baths at Calitzdorp. Maybe the golf driving range in George is just the place for you to relax. Visit the Noetzie Castles further up the coast to Knysna or visit the restaurants around the beautiful lagoon for ultra-fresh oysters. The Tsistikamma forest is a green forest haven with crystal clear streams. If you are lucky you might even spot whales from the quay at the pretty town of Hermanus while having a meal or a drink at one of the many restaurants. The Garden Route has many nature reserves from the Groot Swartberg Nature Reserve and Anysberg Nature Reserve to the nearby Addo Elephant reserve. There are B&B’s, lodges and campsites to pick and choose from.
There is accommodation aplenty in this vast stretch of land. Accommodation varies from game lodges to country estates, hotels, villas, guest houses and cheap self-catering. All the way up from Melkbosstrand, past the small town of Darling, the home of craft beer and also home to the infamous Pieter Dirk Uys. The coastline is dotted with small towns and villages such as Yzerfontein, Langebaan, Saldanha, Velddrif and Lamberts Bay where there is a big colony of gannets which you can visit. Paternoster is a quaint town on the shore of the cold but beautiful sea waters. This area is well known for its most wonderful flowers from August right through to the month of September. The area further up along the West Coast is known for its crayfish and other delicacies the sea has to offer. Quite the treat for the locals and visitors alike. The most northern area of the West Coast is known as the Richterveld. This barren region has a unique beauty that is enjoyed by lovers of such desert landscapes.
KRUGER NATIONAL PARK
